Wall-ball Shots (Reps), 20#
Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
Box Jumps, 20″ (Reps)
Push-press (Reps), 75#
Row (Calories)
1-minute rest
This will be completed in 1:00 stations through out the gym. The only rest period is after a full round is completed, where we will all rest together.
