Male Weights

Sx – 95, 65, 45, 45

Rx – 155, 85, 65, 45

CRx – 225, 135, 85, 65

Female Weights

Sx – 75, 55, 45, 35

Rx – 95, 65, 45, 35

CRx – 145, 95, 65, 45

Basically, start with a moderate deadlift and take weight off each round.
