CFJC Spring 2018 Nutrition Challenge!

We are excited to announce our spring 2018 CFJC Nutrition Challenge:
Beach Buns and Guns (get ready for summer!)
We’ll start with a challenge seminar that will take place on April 8th at 12pm at the gym.  At that time we’ll explain what’s involved in the challenge, give you some information to get you started and announce the prizes for the winners (and how to win)!
We are partnering with Healthy Steps Nutrition, a dietician led program with an abundance of success stories and tools to help you succeed – meal plans with grocery lists; an app to keep track of goals, progress and even a place for us to cheer each other on and share our challenges and our successes.
You will also have access to me along the way to help keep you accountable and answer any questions that arise.
The challenge will run for 28 days, starting April 9th and ending on May 6th, just in time to go shopping for those new summer clothes!  The cost is $125 for CFJC members and $145 for non-members (that’s right, no CrossFit experience is necessary so feel free to share this flyer with anyone you think may be interested).
Following the challenge, we’ll launch our ongoing private nutrition coaching packages.
