20 Pull Ups

Scales:

Pull ups – Seated Ring Pull Ups

HSPU – Box HSPU or Heavy Dumbbell Press

If you cannot complete 5 unbroken handstand push ups, lower the reps from 10 to 5.

If you cannot complete 10 unbroken pull ups, lower the pull up reps from 20 to 10.

Goal – 4+ Rounds
