HOW TO GET STARTED AT JCFIT

At JCFit, we prioritise the safety of our members. We do that by:
  • Employing the best coaches and being committed to their constant development
  • Coaching new members on correct form and technique:
  • This allows us to evaluate any movement restrictions and
  • Set a baseline of current 'fitness' across the broad strength and conditioning spectrum we coach
  • This in turn provides us with the information we need to provide the most appropriate workout variation in our small group classes and measure progress (we are a goals/results focused facility which is why you will always be working with a coach.

Fundamentals

6 1:1 Personal Training Sessions
