CrossFit Jersey City’s 1:1 Nutrition Coaching​

​Our Nutrition Coaching Program at CFJC is designed to provide you with an easy, science-based, proven approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too!

The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans and other well intentioned ‘how to lose weight/gain muscle’ programs. There is so much information out there, it’s often hard to know where to start!  Let us help you make more informed decisions, while keeping it simple, and letting you know what you CAN eat, rather than a long list of things to avoid.  We can CROWD OUT the BAD foods with more WHOLE foods

REAL WORLD RESULTS

Never thought I would be looking forward to eating nutrient-heavy banana peels in my smoothies or diligent about drinking 80 oz. of water a day or that I would ever go without sugar for weeks on end.  But I did!  Thanks to Phase 1 of this program, I feel in control of my food choices and have created many healthy habits.  Terrific program and great coaching and community.

This Nutrition Challenge gave me the boost that I needed to get back on track!  The information provided was easy to follow and greatly beneficial.  Mostly, though, the camaraderie of the group made this a wonderful experience.  The end of the program is really just the beginning of this fitness/nutrition journey.

The nutrition challenge made me think about what I put into my body and what I get back from it in return. After 28 days of smart eating, trying new foods, trusting the process, working out consistently, leaning on others for support and being mindful of my habits, I slept better, looked better, and flat out felt better. Plus I was pretty proud of myself! Can’t ask for much more than that.
